Policies

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Sales Tax:

In addition to the price of your purchases, Litter One will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed if required by your state.  If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. 

Shipping Options:

Litter One offers four convenient shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Products shipped via the standard service are normally delivered within six business days after shipment.

• 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Litter One offers this expedited shipping option for our kits.  Products shipped via two-day service prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.

• Next Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Litter One offers this expedited shipping option.   Products shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time via Next Day service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one day after shipment.

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Litter One facility.  As the delivery of your order is beyond Litter One’s  control once your order leaves the Litter One facility, Litter One cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Order Processing:

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Litter One does not begin payment processing until Litter One receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card. 

Litter One will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

All orders are eligible for same-day shipping but must be received before your 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Prices:

Litter One endeavors to offer you a competitive price on our 100% biodegradable litter kit.  Our goal is to offer a hassle free solution for litter box care and maintenance and providing home delivery and convenience with the complete kit. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Litter One reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Litter One web site at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the site.

Product Availability:

Litter One makes every effort to ship your product according to your auto delivery schedule.  The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).  Litter One strives to keep our kits in the shelf and ready to ship when needed by our customers. 

Although Litter One makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Litter One will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Product Warranty:

All Litter One kits are designed to last for up to three weeks with one cat.  Litter One is not responsible for any damage that may occur if the kit is used past the three week warranty.  Litter One does not recommend dumping out the pine litter that came with the kit and replacing it with new pine litter or other types of litter.  This will result in damage to the litter box and will affect the proper operation of the false floor. 

Return and Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your Litter One purchase, please call us at 1-855-WWW-LITTER for a full 100% refund.

Also, you may at any time, log into your account and extend, temporarily stop shipments or cancel future shipments.  Your cat lover friends at Litter One want to make sure the you are 100% satisfied with your product and if by some chance, our product does not work for your cat, we would hope you may “refur” us to a friend who may find the Litter One product, exactly what they needed.
